Amount of work to be executed at third-party's locations
Dear Sirs, Annex II. 6.1.2. Place of work, state that some services may be executed on third-party’s locations within the European Union, for instance in one or more of the national intellectual property offices. Is this a standard sentence at EUIPO's Terms of Reference, and should be disregarded, or really the Office envisages that a relevant (<5%) of all on-site meetings or services should be executed at third-party's locations? If so, could you estimate the amount of such services?

The technical specifications foresee that currently the activities will take place only at the contractor’s site or at the Office. However, other locations cannot be excluded entirely for the future.
