Can you please precise the industrial and intellectual property rights that are applicable to the project ?

Contractor’s IPR, on its own proprietary products and services, will be retained by the contractor. However, EDA, as the Contracting Authority, will have ownership of all IPR relating to training material, lessons learned etc., generated during the operation of the system. Such IPR will be directly transferable to Member States in accordance with EDA’s mandate.
