Concerning the selection criteria on page 27 of the tender specifications, what is meant by “EU construction sector”?

The “EU construction sector” refers to construction activities carried out by EU construction companies (i.e. construction companies based within the Member States of the EU). Moreover, please refer to footnote 32 (p.11), which states: “For the purpose of this call, construction refers to the economic activities covered by NACE (rev.2) classification F – Construction”.
