Alignement of Section 5.2.1.2.4 (Technical and professional capacity criteria) and 5.2.3 (Evidence)
Our question is about whether the evidences and the relevance to criteria 2.1 to 2.5 are correctly aligned or not. In particular: - 5.2.3 b) where it is said the evidence refers to selection criterion 2.4, would not it rather be relevant to 2.1 or 2.2? - 5.2.3 c) where it is said the evidence refers to criterion 2.4, would it not rather be relevant to 2.1, 2.2 or 2.5? - 5.2.3.e) (on project management, technical drafting, reporting) where it said the evidence refers to criterion 2.4/2.5, would not it rather refer to criterion 2.3 on project management?

The technical and professional capacity criteria in the published call are appropriately aligned with the evidence requested. Documentation under one particular category titled a, b, c, d, e in section 5.2.3. may provide information relevant to more than one criterion stated in section 5.2.1.2. For each capacity evidence has to be provided and it should be clear from the tender which item of evidence is proof of which capacity.
