Selection criteria for Senior Consultants

In Section 5.2.1 of the Tender Specifications document, for Lot 1, Subsection 2.3, the selection criteria for a Senior Consultant is described as “5 years of proven experience to work with EU authorities or policies, or with EU instruments and 8 years proven experience in the field of aerospace,…”. Would a person with 8+ years of experience working with European players on major aerospace and defense programmes fulfill the outlined criteria?

The three Senior Consultants for Lot 1 must fulfil minimum years of experience in both areas mentioned in the section 5.2.1 on page 25. Minimum three members with 5 years proven experience to work with EU authorities or policies, or with EU instruments and 8 years proven experience in the field of aerospace, GNSS, Earth Observations, satellite communication and information technology.
