“Duly signed and dated by an authorised representative” Is our assumption correct that the tender documents may be signed by a person who is legally empowered to do so by an authorized representative as listed in our Chamber of Commerce registration?

The assumption is correct. The procurement documents shall be signed by a person who is identified in the tenderer’s excerpt from a professional or trade register (e.g. Chamber of Commerce).
