Is there a requirement on format to present the cv (resume) of the team members? Is 'europass' or any other standarised format required?

No mandatory requirements are included in the tender specifications for the CV format. However, the Europass is a European initiative aiming to facilitate the clear presentation of qualifications and competences which the European Commission encourages.
