Please confirm if Junior Expert required under ToR, 6.1.3. Support Staff and backstopping is required: • To provide full contract duration time inputs. • Be present in the field on the Contract or can provide inputs from home.

According to the provisions of the Terms of Reference (ToR), the Junior Expert should be assigned during the entire duration of the project to assist the Team Leader in project’s day-to-day management for accounting, reporting, monitoring. It's up to the tenderers to decide their methodology based on the ToRs requirements.
