Clarification request regarding the submission deadline
Dear Sir or Madam, In the document "Additional information about the Contract Notice" the following is stated: "Applications must be submitted in English exclusively to the contracting authority in a sealed envelope. - Either by post or by courier service, in which case the evidence shall be constituted by the postmark or the date of the deposit slip" Does that mean that postmark or the deposit slip shall be dated 17.02.2021 (deadline for submission) the latest? Or does it mean that the application must be received by the Ministry of Finance on 17.02. the latest? Thank you very much for the clarification.
