Technical capacity
The tender specifications document (Annex I) in section 8 "Mandatory requirements" reads: "For FME, ArcGIS and Tableau the listed consultants shall have a proven experience in organising training workshops". We understand that it is not compulsory that ALL the proposed consultants for FME, ArcGIS and Tableau have this particular experience. Please confirm that our understanding is correct.

Your understanding is correct: it is expected that the tenderer can provide at least one consultant within each technology having the skills and experience required to organise training workshops.
