Invitation to Tender – Call for tenders No ECHO/B1/SER/2016/08, Para 5.2.3, Page 34, Aircraft Insurance
As an air charter broker that uses many different airlines, is it acceptable to the Contracting Authority for us to provide confirmation of aircraft insurance in response to each tasking requirement? This will include certification of Hull and Liability Insurance to cover damage up to EUR 500 million, as specified in this requirement.

No, the insurance is requested for the entire duration of the framework contract. (5.2.3 f page 35)
