In case of services provided to a private purchaser certified by the service provider through a declaration, is it mandatory to indicate the client contact or is it sufficient the responsible of the contract from the provider side?

We do confirm that the client contact is mandatory. As stated in Section "4.2.1. Client References (Mandatory)", only provide client references that can be consulted by the Commission.
