It is mentioned "The tenderer must prove experience in carrying out trainings on Life Cycle Assessment" - Is a partial LCA training valid (exp. training of carbon footprint?)

The requirements clearly refer to Life Cycle Assessment, thus experience with "full" LCA trainings is sought. However, please list all experience in the field, even if partial.
