SLA07 allows for a deviation of “2 per year of contract implementation”. Does this mean that two assignments per year will not be submitted to system of penalties set for this SLA? How will those assignments be chosen? Will they be the first two ones to be implemented in a given year? Will they be chosen randomly? Do we have to consider that the two first assignments for which the contractor would not reach 80% of positive feedback will be exempted? Could you clarify this issue?

Your assumption is incorrect: “2 per year of contract implementation” is the maximum number of allowed deviations on a yearly basis.
