According to the modified version of the Tender specifications as published on 23/3/2018: In Selection criterion 3, “Each contract should cover at least 90% profiles in Annex IV”. Since there are 16 profiles in Annex IV, we understand that EACH contract must cover at least 15 of these 16 profiles. Considering this, the probability that a tenderer is able to demonstrate 10 recent contracts, each of them covering 15 profiles similar to those listed in Annex IV is extremely low or even non-existent. Could you consider the coverage of profiles collectively or lower the percetage coverage of profiles or less amount of contracts?
