VoD Clipping
Requirement: The following files must be created for each event transmitted on both channels (EbS and EbS+): 
- a high resolution video file with 1 audio (Original) for download only; 
- low resolution video file(s) in all available languages for VoD and download; Question: How will the cut marks for VoD clips be provided?
And is frame accurate clipping a requirement?

As described in the Tender Specifications for Lot III (chapter 2.3.2.2. - Transcoding for VoD services), the Commission will provide metadata including events' start and end times through web services (XML or JSON). An example of an XML file is provided in ANNEX LOT III-A. Frame accurate clipping is a requirement.
