In the Invitation to tender you mention: "Economic operators interested in this contract are invited to submit a tender in one of the official languages of the European Union." We can submit our documents in both English or Dutch; which language do you prefer?

EMA is a multicultural organisation with English as the main working language, and English would therefore be the preferred language. However, in principle, EMA accepts tender submissions in any of the official languages of the European Union.
