IP and licensing issues
In regards to point 5 of the Specifications documents (IP and licensing issues) can you please clarify if the European Parliament would have the right to modify, further develop, extend and sub-license components that are part of the solution, but not specifically created for this project, such as deep learning algorithms that make up the language and translation models and other components are subject to the vendors' IP.

The European Parliament will not have the right to modify, further develop, extend and sub-license components that are part of the solution, but were not specifically created for this project. Should such a need arise in future, the European Parliament may negotiate separate agreements with the vendor.
