In section C - Annex 1 there are two formats of the tender submission form. Can you please inform if we have to complete both submission form or only one. If we have to complete only one submission form, can you please indicate which one?

There is one submission form where you have to provide financial and professional data and references of projects, and another one concerning the technical offers. You have to fill all form included in the tender dossier.
