2. Duration of the Contract The Terms of Reference (TOR) para 5.2 indicates the max. duration of the works is estimated to 4 years (including 1 year for the Defects liability period). The period of implementation of the contract is maximum 72 months but not later than 28 December 2025 that is the end date of the Delegation Agreement signed between EIB and the European Commission for the financing of this assignment. The TOR para 6.1.1 indicates 1200 days full time input of the Team Leader, assuming 22 working days per month, this translate to a duration of approximately 55months. Query: - We have noted the input of the Team Leader (55man-months) exceeds the maximum duration of the works which is estimated to 4 years (including 1 year for the Defects liability period). Please advise the duration of Contract of the Consultant.

According to the ToRs the maximum duration of the TA contract is "72 months but not later than 28 December 2025" and it is linked to the implementation of the M1 road rehabilitation Project. The tenderers should design their proposal based on the information and requirement from the ToRs.
