Point 1.4.2. of the specifications, it is explained that the FWC cannot be awarded to the company (including its subcontractors) ranked first in order of the cascade for FWC 10361 lot 1. Will the bidder to whom FWC 10714 will be awarded be allowed to respond to the renewal RFP of FWC 10361 lot 1 (when published)?

Due to the conflict of interests, the possible future contract replacing FWC 10361-lot 1 cannot be awarded to the contractors (including their subcontractors) of FWC 10714.
