Can you clarify what is meant by the term "casting" in the descriptions of Tasks A-D because we understand from the tender specifications that it is unlikely that the casting of actors for drama scenes is envisaged?

Your understanding is correct. Actors are unlikely to be involved. Casting in this example means the selection of speakers, interviewees and others who may appear.
