Request for Clarification
In section 3.5.4.3 of the Tendering Specifications & Draft Contract document it is stated that the maximum amount to be presented in the tender not to be excluded from the rest of the assessment procedure shall not exceed 80 000 EUR for all tasks related to Phase I. In section 1.2.6.1 of the same document "the maximum price for delivering" the phase one (IOC) is 350 000 EUR. Could you please confirm the correct maximum admissible amount for this Phase.
