Clarification Question
Lot 1 - Heavy metals specifies that the solutions resulting form aqua regia digestion should be analysed by ICP-OES. Is that a requirement or can the solutions be measured by ICP-MS, which is a suitable alternative technique?

As indicated in the Technical Specifications, the use of an ICP-MS would be acceptable provided that the tenderer can prove that the results would be equivalent to analysis by ICP-OES.
