Possibility of publishing in an academic context the results of the project and in particular of TASK 2.

In the ambition of academic publishing, we would like to know if there is any chance of using the work on the project for this purpose? Of course, none of the data nor any of the produced reports can be used as such. Still, how about an article discussing the technical challenges of developing a European benefit recipiency database/module on the basis of national statistical records?
