Technical and professional capacity- evidence for T2
Could we please ask for further clarification on the evidence required for T2? Our initial interpretation is that you are expecting tenderers to liaise with Member State contacts and request a letter of intent to work with our organization in the future- could you confirm on this? Would a statement of completion/ satisfactory undertaking from contact points suffice?

As stated under Criterion T2, the tenderer must prove its capacity to collect data and information from each Member State (MS), by liasing with experts, researchers from each MS. The tenderer is asked provide a letter or statement from the national experts showing their intention to cooperate with the tenderer, the statement of completion or satisfactory undertaking will be sufficient as evidence.
