Dear sir/ madam, peer review check for task C.1 should be done within 10 months or after them? On page 32 is mentioned, that subtask C.1 should be done within 10 months including peer review, but on page 36 D.4 1st Progress Report (T+10 months) is mentioned, that peer review check should be after this deadline. Dear Madam/Sir, according to the tender specifications, as part of a quality control check process, data should be provided in a user friendly format and fully documented. It will then be submitted to a panel of experts on the different transport modes. In the light of this peer review, data will then be amended and/or completed, as necessary. The peer review process is not intended to be a single task, but a set of interactions taking place at different moments during the survey. In the tender specifications it is mentioned that: - with regards to C.1.1 and C.1.2, [the tasks] shall be completed within 10 months from the conclusion of sub-task C.0, including the respective peer-reviews; - with regards to C.2.1, C.2.2 and C.2.3, [the tasks] shall be completed within 10 months from the completion of sub-tasks C.1.1 and C.1.2, including the respective peer-reviews; - tasks C.3 further defines deadlines for above tasks'peer reviews as the first is to be expected for data-set version for C.1.1 and C.1.2 while the second for C.2.1, C.2.2 and C.2.3. These requirements are reflected in the schedule for deliverable and meetings (pages 35 onward). D.4 specifies that "[sub-tasks are] to be shared with the Contracting Authority and with the Peer Review group for further refinement". D.8 specifies that "[sub-tasks are] to be shared with the Contracting Authority and with the Peer Review group for further refinement".
