Form 4 Selection criteria 2.
Ερώτημα
To let sign and approve the Financial Capacity form by certified auditors or a statement is very expensive. Especially in a selection phase, this has a major impact on the subcontractors. We ask Eurojust to pass this requirement during phase one and only ask bidders to fill in the Financial capacity form. When bidders selected for phase two then ask for the statement of the certified auditors. Do you agree on this? If not could you specify?

The Financial Capacity Form does not need to be signed by a certified auditor. The balance sheets and economic outturn statements must be must be produced and/or certified by certified auditors or similar operators. Please note that only copies of these documents are required.
