Contract Manager experience in the Hungarian Labour Law

Please advise whether knowledge of the Hungarian Labour Law by a Contract Manager and a back-up Contract Manager is necessary to comply with the requirement of the Criterion T2 of the technical and professional capacity or HR experience from other EU countries shall be sufficient. Thank you!

As specified under section "3.2.3. Technical and professional capacity" of the Tender Specifications, as a minimum level of capacity, the Tenderer must prove that it has at its disposal a "Contract Manager" with least 6 months of working experience or certified training in the field of human resources, in particular in the Hungarian Labour Law. This is applicable to the "back-up Contract Manager" as well.
