Award criteria 1.5 states: "Adequacy of the follow-up methodology and of the support provided (Annex II, section 4, Phase 4 and Phase 5; sections 5.1, 5.3, 5.6)" We don´t find sections 5.1, 5.3, or 5.6 at Annex II. Is it a typographic mistake?

Indeed, this is a clerical error. The sentence should be read: Adequacy of the follow-up methodology and of the support provided (Annex II, section 4, Phase 4 and Phase 5; sections 6.1, 6.3, 6.5).
