With reference to members of tenderers’ staff (“up to a maximum of 35 profiles”), please specify if each profile should be compliant with any technical requirements.

No technical requirement has been specified in relation to each profile. It is the tenderer's responsibility to define the relevant profiles for delivering the services. Please note that the description of all profiles that are involved in provisioning the catalogue of services covering the scope of the contract has to be described in your reply to Section 5.2 of the Questionnaire.
