Section 5: Selection Criteria for Technical and Professional Capacity
Please could you kindly clarify the specific role or tasks of the lawyer specialised in Internal Market law with at least 5 years' experience in the field?

The tenderer shall propose the assignment of tasks to the members of the team. The lawyer specialised in Internal Market law could for example ensure that: - the study reflects a good understanding of the competences of the EU and of the Member States in the field of recognition of qualifications and in the field of regulation of professions, - the tasks related to the mapping will be carried out in a way that respects the different competences of the EU and the Member States, - the possible proposal for amendments to the Directive 2005/36/EC respects the conditions laid down in Articles 21(6) and 31(2) of the Directive, etc.
