Participants to the trainings
Is our understanding correct, that the NCPs should NOT be contacted already during the tender application phase?

As stated in the tender specifications, participants must be identified and proposed by Member States’ competent authorities through previously identified National Contact Points (NCPs) for these countries. During the tender publication phase the NCPs should not be contacted to identify participants for the training course.
