For Criterion B1, can you confirm that for the coverage aspect of this criterion ("multi-country EU project with at least a third of the Member States involved"), an EU-wide project completed for the European Commission would fulfil this criterion?

The project management experience under B1 has to include overseeing a multi country project with coverage of having at least a third of the Member States involved. EU-wide project on the Member State level on all of the Member States would fulfil that criterion.
