Do you confirm that the maximum amount to be offered is € 250,000.00?

The amount indicated at point II.2.6 of the contract notice is an estimated value of the requested services and not a maximum amount. However, the contracting authority reminds the tenderers that the award criterion is the lowest price, as indicated at point 2.5 of the Administrative annex (Annex I to the contract – Part 1).
