Given the summer release date of this tender, we experienced shortage of key resources in our organization to fully access the scope and requirements of this very innovative partnership tender, as such we would like to ask a two weeks extension for the submission of our candidature. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

The European Parliament decided to postpone the delivery date of the candidature to 14/10/2019 - 12:00 if handed. New deadline for receiving requests for additional information: 7 October 2019. New deadline for sending replies: 11 October 2019. A corrigendum will be soon published in E-Notice.
