he COVID-19 epidemic across the European Union is forcing Governments to take drastic measures such as lockdowns and quarantines. This makes it difficult for all businesses to operate normally. This situation does not allow different companies across Europe to work in optimal conditions and to prepare and submit a qualitative offer. Therefore, we kindly ask you to take into account the current exceptional situation and extend the deadline by two-three weeks?
