Dear Sirs, with reference to the areas of expertise required for the CVs to be proposed, we note that the last one (referring to section 1.3.1 of the specifications, and Annex 6), is the following: ‘Facilitating meetings and supporting stakeholder involvement by assisting EEA to organize workshops, including the drafting of agendas and minutes, and supporting capacity-building and knowledge sharing with representatives from EEA’s Eionet network and other EEA stakeholders.’ We kindly ask you whether this expertise required is strictly related to direct experience with EEA, in which case the participation would be limited to those companies/experts already involved in EEA projects, or if it can be intended in a broader sense as ‘Facilitating meetings and supporting stakeholder involvement by assisting institutions to organize workshops, including the drafting of agendas and minutes, and supporting capacity-building and knowledge sharing with representatives from institutional network and stakeholders.’ We kindly ask your feedback in order to ascertain whether we are in a position to submit the expression of interest.

The expertise required does not have to be related to events organised by EEA in the past, but any similar events, as described.
