Request for an extension of the deadline

The contract notice was published in the EU Official Journal Supplement only on 29th July. Given that August is a vacation period in many European countries, this caused us one of the Companies in our consortium being fully closed throughout August, thus definitely lacking one month in preparation time, and other partners having not overlapping holiday periods, thus with poor or no availability of key persons, for most of time elapsed since the publication of the call. We would hereby request an extension to the deadline to enable all tenderers to prepare a better proposal to our Customer.

An extension of the deadline is currently under consideration. Should such an extension is granted, a Corrigendum to the Contract Notice announcing the new deadline will be published in the Official Journal. Tenderers are advised to follow closely the publications related to this tender procedure.
