page 13: Personal Desktop for each registered user: "Course/Excercise registration requests (e.g. ENLIST, ConstantContact functionalities)" and "calendar scheduler"; Could you please explain the desired functionalities?

ENLIST and ConstantContact are available off-the-shelf products for which functionalities are widely known. The references to these products are included for descriptive purposes in order to indicate the functional requirements. These are to be understood as referring to those products or “equivalents”. These shall be accepted provided that these offer the same functionalities. The calendar and scheduler function shall allow the user to track for him/her relevant activities based on the output of different workflows (e.g. automated insertion of course data after successful subscription for a specific course) and reminder functions.
