Lot 2 - Q16 Clarification.
Q.16 Will the usage statistics be sent by the supplier or they will be accessible to the EUIPO Library by means of an online administrator account? Please define what "user statistics" this refers to. As this is a section on the provision of printed books, it seems that this question cannot be answered. Please clarify.

Indeed, usage or consumption statistics can only be answered for ebooks. We intend by usage statistics of ebooks to obtain data in order to measure for example: number of consultations and downloads of ebooks, number of electronic loans, number of visits or connections and duration, number of searches, ebooks most consulted or downloaded etc....
