Description of license with synchronous and/or asynchronous online tuition In the case of the license with synchronous online tuition via the contractor’s platform, the tutor must be available for a minimum of one hour a day between 9.00 and 16.00 (GMT+1) from Monday to Friday. In the case of the license with asynchronous online tuition via the contractor’s platform, the tutor must respond within a period of not more than 24 hours. Online tuition may include (not exhaustive list): - answering any teaching-related question; - providing support for learners in their training plan, enabling them to consolidate content (skills); - identifying any learning problems and suggesting learning solutions; - identifying any methodological problems and suggesting a suitable method; - motivating the user to achieve the objectives of the training; - moderating an online platform which will allow exchanges by learners in an effort to promote peer, social and collaborative learning; - encouraging learners to take part in individual or group activities; - oral expression and comprehension skills to be developed; - consolidating knowledge acquired independently online.
