How to proof that we fulfil our obligations to the tax authorities as well as the commitments related to social security? Is the declaration of honour sufficient or do we need to have a confirmation directly from those authorities?

As stated in published documents, the declaration of honor is sufficient. All tenderers must submit the declaration on the tenderer’s honour, duly dated and signed, which is set out in Annex III.
