It is mentioned in page 21 of the Tender Specifications that the tenderer must provide references delivered in the last three years. Please clarify: 1) if the projects should be delivered within 2014-2015-2016-first semested of 2017 and 2) if we are allowed to include ongoing as well as completed projects

The tenderer should provide references of projects delivered and not ongoing. To allow for a clear cut date, the projects must have been delivered until the 18 May 2017 which is the date of publication of this tender. Projects delivered before the 19 May 2014 will not be considered as valid references for the selection criteria.
