Subject	Conditions for submitting a tender
Question	According to point 5 in “Conditions for submitting a tender” under “I – Administrative Part”, both section 2 and section 3 must contain the declaration on honour described in Annex III. We wish to ask if that is correct?
Answer	15/06/2017 This is a common declaration for both exclusion and selection criteria, therefore submitting it in only one section is enough.
