As indicated under paragraph 1.10 of the tender specifications (pages 7 and 8), we confirm that the Legal Entity From and the Financial Identification Form to be provided are the ones available at the following links: http://ec.europa.eu/budget/contracts_grants/info_contracts/legal_entities/legal_entities_en.cfm and http://ec.europa.eu/budget/contracts_grants/info_contracts/financial_id/financial-id_en.cfm.
