Chapter 10.4 IT services, Technical Specifications, pag 31, details on how the costs will be included in the financial proposal.
Could you please clarify if there a clerical error in the specification of how IT costs will be considered as there seems to be a contradiction and two different specifications. Pueden aclarar si hay un error administrativo en relación con los gasto de IT dado que parece haber una contradicción y 2 diferentes especificaciones.

There is no clerical error The costs associated with IT services referred in point 10.4 will be integrated into the price proposed for each type of event defined in Part A of the Financial proposal. No se trata de un error administrativo. Los costes asociados a los servicios de IT referidos en el punto 10.4 serán incluidos en el precio propuesto para cada tipo de evento definido en la parte A de la Propuesta financiera.
