With reference to annexes IV (financial tender form) and V (list of products) to the tender specifications, is it necessary to propose a net price for each reagent and any other product required to carry out the tests and analyses set out in point I.13 of the tender specifications?

In the financial tender form (annex IV to the tender specifications), it is only required to indicate a price of each test, comprising all the reagents and products necessary to carry them out. It is not required to specify a price for each reagent and any other product required to carry out the tests and analyses set out in point I.13 of the tender specifications. With respect to the list of products (annex V to the tender specifications) to be completed, this list must not contain prices but only the following information, as indicated in point I.3.9 of the tender specifications, on the products necessary to carry out the tests and analyses: • the product code; • the product description; • the packaging of the products; and • the number of tests per package.
