Offsite and teleworking assignments
In question 4 you confirm that the potentially requested services also include offsite/mixed work: “We would like to be able by negotiation on the specific contract level to allow a consultant to work offsite (either teleworking or on the contractor's premises if possible). Also, if the tenderer is able, we would like to have the possibility to have a contract with mixed onsite/offsite or only offsite.”. Services of this kind are requested by contracting authorities in the context of consultancy assignments in different forms (i.e. time and means, quoted times and means, fixed price, based on the number of function points delivered, etc.). We understand that previous references concerning the provision of consultancy assignments according to these modes are all valid. Please confirm. In addition: a) Our understanding is that assignments of this nature, provided in the past by the Tenderer, in its premises (offsite) or mixed onsite and offsite, are taken into account as regards selection criterion 1 and/or 3 of section 4.3.3. Please confirm or clarify. b) Our understanding is that times & means, fixed price or quoted time & means assignments are taken into account as regards selection criterion 1 and/or criterion 3 of section 4.3.3. Please confirm or clarify.

a) No, as most of the assignments will be onsite and this is the core of the contract, we will only accept evidences for onsite assignments or mixed assignments onsite / offsite with prevalence of onsite. b) We confirm.
