The Library of the European Commission’s impact assessments is at http://ec.europa.eu/transparency/regdoc/?fuseaction=ia&year=&serviceId=&s=Search&p=1#result. It gives access to all impact assessments the European Commission has prepared for its legislative and policy actions. Tenderers are encouraged to look at the impact assessments prepared by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Energy.
